You can feel the warmth of the sun, the light sea breeze and the gentle sway of the waves and you let yourself relax. Suddenly, the boat stops, everyone pulls out their cameras, and peers over the side of the boat, their faces filled with anticipation. You follow suit and then you see them. First you see small specks that come and go, and then take the shape of imposing sea creatures. The whales and dolphins swim freely and peacefully in the water and, for an instant, you share the same unrivalled feeling as them: that of feeling free in the sea. The south-west coast of the island is the perfect place for whale and dolphin watching. In Tenerife, there are many companies which specialise in organising outings to see these animals in their natural habitat. Boats set off from the ports of Los Cristianos, Puerto Colón and Los Gigantes.

Although the wine cellars were built in 1983, the family tradition of the Monje Winery dates back to 1750. The old oak barrels are still used to ferment and age the traditional red wines, combining the old methods with modern technology. Participants will be able to visit the wine cellars and the vineyard and will also have the opportunity to try some of the most traditional and elaborate dishes of the Canarian cuisine.
